Hi, I’m Lillie Floyd—a dedicated educator with years of experience supporting students of all abilities, especially those with learning differences such as ADHD, dyslexia, autism, and other exceptionalities. I hold advanced degrees in education and specialize in individualized instruction that meets students right where they are. As both a teacher and advocate, I believe every child can learn when given the right tools, encouragement, and guidance. My background includes classroom teaching, special education coordination, and curriculum development. I’m passionate about creating positive, structured, and engaging learning experiences that build confidence, close academic gaps, and help students reach their full potential. Whether we’re working on phonics, fractions, or focus skills, I’m here to support your child’s growth every step of the way—with patience, creativity, and care.
