About Paula

The subjects covered during the class are always developed according to the student's final objective. Ex: if the student wants to learn English quickly just to travel, then the focus will be on conversation and approaching everyday matters, such as checking in at the hotel and going to the restaurant. The handouts are personalized according to the objectives and are always delivered after 1 month of class. Why is it not delivered before? Because all material is made individually. All students have particularities and their own difficulties that are overcome during the teaching. All classes have personalized PDF, list of exercises for the class and another to be done at home, virtual robot to test pronunciation and all material is digital to facilitate learning, containing links with subjects, games and music to test the student's hearing and help the student's progress every day, but my students' great advantage is the 1X conversation class per week totally free. Associated with a good study plan, the student has at least 90% of use of each subject addressed weekly due to conversation classes. The student loses his shyness and has more security after putting into practice everything he has learned.

About the lesson

I am a graduate student in letters at UFRJ, I have been studying English for 11 years and I will study for the rest of my life (laughs). I have been an English teacher for 3 years and I work with students of all levels and with different goals. I teach in person throughout the city of Rio de Janeiro, I teach online on the Elos platform (the same platform used by the Wizard course). I have been a teacher at Wizard for 1 year and I work with children from the most basic level to adults who are already at the advanced level. My classes are personalized to the style of each student, I only take group and individual conversation classes, I have a methodology for English Business (English for the job market), military and entrance exams, grammar and translation.
