I adopt a teaching methodology centered on C³P—Creativity, Communication, Compassion, and Problem-solving—to cultivate an engaging and meaningful ESL learning experience. Communication is developed through collaborative exercises, discussions, and debates, enabling students to articulate thoughts clearly and confidently. Compassion is integral; I tailor lessons to individual learning preferences, offering encouragement, constructive feedback, and support to build confidence and motivation.
Problem-solving is integrated into lessons through real-life scenarios, analytical tasks, and interactive problem-based activities that challenge students to apply language skills practically and logically. Additionally, I incorporate complementary subjects such as reading comprehension, essay writing, and communication techniques to create a holistic educational experience.
