About Jenny
I am a passionate and experienced singing tutor with over 11+ years of teaching college students, and I am dedicated to helping each student discover their true vocal potential. My teaching approach focuses on building a strong technical foundation while also encouraging creativity, confidence, and self-expression.
I guide students through essential vocal techniques such as breath control, pitch accuracy, tone development, vocal strength, and flexibility, ensuring that they develop a healthy and well-balanced voice. Along with technical training, I emphasise performance skills such as stage presence, emotional expression, and audience connection.
I use innovative tools like audio recording, playback analysis, and structured practice sessions to help students clearly track their progress and improve effectively. I focus on teaching key vocal techniques such as breathing, pitch accuracy, tone quality, and voice control in a simple and structured way. I maintain open communication so students can ask questions and express their challenges. I use creative teaching methods like vocal exercises, song interpretation, and expressive singing to make lessons engaging.
Each class is well-organised with time for warm-ups, practice, and feedback, ensuring steady improvement. I also review progress regularly. In addition to Singing, I also teach related subjects like music theory, listening skills, and stage confidence.
