About Selva
My name is Selva Narayani. I have completed my M.Sc. and B.Ed. in Mathematics, and I am currently working as a teacher. Though my specialization is Mathematics, I have a deep love for the Tamil language. Teaching Tamil is my passion because I believe language connects hearts, culture, and values. I truly enjoy sharing the beauty and richness of Tamil with my students in a meaningful and engaging way.

I believe learning Tamil should never feel difficult or boring. My teaching is different because I connect every lesson with simple daily life examples that students can easily understand and relate to. Instead of only memorizing words and grammar, my students experience Tamil through stories, conversations, activities, and fun interactions. I create a friendly and comfortable space where students feel confident to speak, make mistakes, and learn joyfully. With me, Tamil is not just a subject — it becomes a lively and meaningful part of everyday life.
