My yoga journey started when i get was suffering from hepatitisA and want to treat myself with a little more than awareness, so i automatically drawn towards treating my condition with yoga, and then after about one year i have decided to teach this amazing science to everybody i incounter with and done my first TTC from Rishikesh India. And after dedicated practice of one more year i have started teaching as a personal training teacher and developed my teaching skills and started working in a local studio in New DELHI and now i have the necessary skills to transform you with yoga ,diet & little lifestyle changes, you just have to trust the process and enroll in my course
