About Doug
After 30 years as a professional actor and director, and after 20 years as an instructor at various instituions, I find the classroom to be my favorite place. I work to make the students ready for which ever profession they choose, while also building in Life Lessons.

My classes are filled with QUESTIONS. I look students in the eyes and work to fill their needs. No class has just one method. I use discussion, group projects, scaffolded writing and power points. I have a great deal of experience and I'm always learning new ways to communicate that to students.
