About Sarah
As a certified Integrated Craniosacral Therapist, I am trained to understand the body's deepest patterns, ultimately empowering clients to move through challenges with more compassion and ease. As a survivor of trauma, I have a lifetime of experience with alternative medicine. I love both taking and teaching classes in arts therapy, homeopathy, meditation, and other health or wellness topics.

To me, it's most important to meet each student exactly where they're at - creating a personalized curriculum based off their particular needs, abilities, and goals. I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Community Education, a Master's degree in Public/Nonprofit Administration, and am a certified craniosacral therapist. I integrate my education with my personal and professional experience as an artist, healer, and long-time tutor.
