About Cindy
I am a Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance and specialises in teaching Integrative Yoga.
Integrative Yoga is a Vinyasa based yoga with emphasis on moving with breath and from the spine. It incorporates the practice of Yin Yoga and Qi Gong to cultivate the stillness of mind.
Integrative Yoga is best described as ‘meditation in movement’: the fluidity, softness and natural yielding it encourages leads to lightness of body and stillness of mind.
I love working with beginners who are new to Yoga. It is my intention to make Yoga accessible to all. You do not need to be flexible to do Yoga, developing a consistent Yoga practice gives you the flexibility over time.

The lesson is all about YOU.
My intention is to meet you where you are and to create the safe space for you to learn and develop the practice.
The lesson usually consists of breathing techniques (pranayama), postures (asana) and meditation.
Each lesson will be tailored to your individual needs and level. Suitable for all levels, beginner friendly.
My role is to work together with you to build the mind body connection by guiding you inwards using the power of breath and mindfulness.
You will spend the precious time connecting with yourself, tapping into your intuition and allowing self exploration and expression.
Enjoy Yoga and Meditation as a way of life and enjoy the positive effects of your practice ‘off the mat’
