I have an Associates Degree from Peace College in Raleigh, NC.
I started teaching in South Boston, Virginia in 1995.
I taught reading in Clarksville, New York in the public school.

I taught a set of twin girls who were in the second grade. They needed extra help to achieve their grade level.
I brought FRESH fruit as a snack when they completed their lessons.
I had the girls choose a book in their level. After reading, they put their thoughts in their own words about the books. I had them proof-read their work. I then corrected their spelling, punctuation, grammar, and capitalization.
