About Cristina

Hi! My name is Cristina and I'm a Mexican artist & researcher living and working in the UK from the last 5 years. During this time, I've been working within the creative sector, but also as a Spanish tutor, from time to time. I have almost a decade of experience designing and teaching personalised Spanish courses, always considering my students' objectives and cognitive needs. I enjoy sharing my knowledge in something so vital as language learning/practising and also, learning in the process myself. What I normally do is to check the student's level and his/her/their particular needs, it is why is/are s/he/they learning Spanish and how can we tackle whatever barrier we have on the way, together. When I get to know the person's interests, I work my way around them and create specific material for him/her/them. It's a bit challenging, but this simple method has worked for me quite well since I first implemented it, back in 2012. So, if you're looking for a relaxed but meaningful way to learn a new language or perfecting the skills you've already got, don't hesitate to contact me :)
