About Christine
Hi! I’m Christine, an Internal Medicine resident at New York Presbyterian and a graduate of NYU Grossman School of Medicine, where I also earned my Master’s in Clinical and Translational Science. I graduated from the University of Pennsylvania and was honored to receive a Fulbright Scholarship. I have completed both USMLE Step 1 and Step 2 and have always loved teaching and mentoring alongside medicine.
I have tutored students through Wyzant and Varsity Tutors in the MCAT, USMLE, nursing, PA school, biology, chemistry, and medical school coursework. Many of my MCAT students have improved their scores by 10 to 15 points, and I have worked with nursing and PA students to excel in their courses, prepare for exams, and achieve their academic goals, including students pursuing CRNA programs.
I also enjoy mentoring students through the medical school admissions process. I was fortunate to receive acceptances and merit scholarships from schools including Duke, Yale, Northwestern, Cornell, Washington University in St. Louis, and NYU. Since then, I have helped students strengthen their applications, personal statements, and interview skills, with students earning acceptances to outstanding schools, including the University of Pennsylvania and Duke.
Outside of tutoring, I am passionate about research and public health. I have authored numerous peer-reviewed publications and enjoy helping students get involved in research, whether that means developing a project, writing a manuscript, preparing an abstract, or navigating the publication process.
My goal is to help students feel more confident, think critically, and develop study strategies that will continue to serve them long after our sessions are over. Whether you’re preparing for a major exam, applying to medical school, or simply trying to master a difficult subject, I’d love to help you reach your goals.

I like to keep sessions interactive, with a mix of content review, practice questions, and test-taking strategies so you leave each lesson knowing exactly what to work on next. I also share study techniques that helped me succeed in medical school and residency.
I work with students at many different levels, including high school, college, nursing, pre-med, PA, and medical students. Whether you need help mastering a difficult concept or creating a study plan, I’m here to help you succeed.
