Hi, I’m Thansal, an Internationally Certified Personal Trainer, Nutritionist, and the proud Founder of HABFIT Training. With over a decade of experience and a passion for helping people lead healthier, stronger, and more confident lives, I’ve successfully guided hundreds of clients through remarkable physical and lifestyle transformations.
I hold a Diploma in Personal Training (EREPS Level 4 Certification), and I’m a Certified Transformation Coach through MHB Academy. I’ve also earned my certification in Advanced Diet Planning from Fabulous Academy California, and I’m an Internationally Accredited Expert in Nutrition and Dietetics.

I believe fitness is a lifestyle, and it requires a step-by-step process. That’s why I offer personalized workout and diet plans tailored to each client's specific needs and capabilities. To support this, I provide my Personal Training and Nutrition eBook to help my clients understand the program better.
Without self-knowledge about how to transform your body and lifestyle, it’s meaningless — like taking a tablet without knowing why.

THANZAL is focused on helping me achieve my goals and makes every session challenging (& somehow fun).
