About Rathi

I'm a yoga instructor and spiritual enthusiast striving to create an inclusive safe space to work on oneself through yoga. I have always been drawn towards yoga because it helps in every aspect of life not just fitness. I learned yoga to enhance every aspect of my life, I'm still learning but I will be glad and grateful to help people with similar aspirations along the way. I'm certified yoga instructor acknowledged by International Yoga Alliance. I have completed 200 & 300hrs of yoga teacher training and 50hrs of aerial yoga teacher training courses .

About the lesson

My classes are a curated mix of Hatha, Vinyasa and Ashtanga practices that includes meditation, pranayama, mobility, flexibility and strength training. As a yoga instructor I encourage my students to take their practice off the mat and incorporate yoga in every aspect of their lives. Individual attention will be given to make sure the class fits for people with different levels of fitness with the help of variations and modifications.

Perfect! I had a trial class with Rathi a few days back and I was very pleased with how the class went. I was certain from the moment we started that she would be able to help me achieve my health goals while keeping in mind my limitations. I felt rejuvenated at the end of the class. She has such a calm aura and is so well versed with Yoga. I am very happy to have found her on the platform and I’m looking forward to our classes together. She's a great trainer. Will train uniquely by knowing our strengths and weaknesses. She will make hard poses easy in the way of her training.
