·I am a lively and cheerful person. I really like trying new and different things, going to different places and meeting people from different cultures. My hobbies are traveling, painting and photography. So I chose to come to New Zealand to teach Chinese during my graduate study.
·I love learning languages, I have learned Japanese, Korean by myself, and I am always trying to improve my English. I understand very well the process one needs to go through in learning a language. So my teaching style is very relaxed and pleasant. Learning a language should be about enjoying the language and the process of using the target language.·

·Hello, my name is Guo Xu, and I am a postgraduate student of Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages.
·I have very rich Chinese teaching experience. I used to be a Chinese teacher for the online Chinese program at the University of Michigan, a Chinese teacher for the online Chinese program at New York University, and a Chinese teacher for the online Chinese program at the University of British Columbia. Now I teach Chinese in three schools in New Zealand.
·I have been teaching Chinese for about 3 years. My students range in age from 5 to 58 years old, and their language levels range from zero to HSK6.I have helped many students learn Chinese/Mandarin from scratch, and some students have passed the HSK6 test.
·Classes for adults generally range from 45 minutes to an hour. 30 minute lessons for younger students would be better.
·The general atmosphere of my courses is very relaxed. I think language learning needs to be carried out in a relaxed and pleasant environment, so that you can really fall in love with the language.
