About Joemer
Hello! I am Mr. Joemer L. Castillo, an International IT Tutor with over 10 years of teaching experience in both physical and online learning environments. I have taught and mentored thousands of students locally and internationally, from high school to college and professional levels. I previously served as an IT Mentor at Mapúa Malayan Digital College and as a College Instructor at Cavite State University and STI College. I specialize in IT and related computing subjects, combining strong academic foundations with real-world applications.
