Known as an instructor who prepares his lessons thoroughly before discussing it to his students is one key attitude which astonishes me as a student who used to be under his class in the Philippines. Initially you may feel intimidated by the topics and the mathematical equations once he begins to jot them down on the board. But the moment he discusses it, you will then understand it thanks to how constructive and concise he discusses it. As an individual who's waterloo is Mathematics, thanks to sir Paz's lectures, it really paid off the moment I step foot in college.

Sir Kevin is really passionate when it comes to teaching. He really goes into detail about the lesson and makes sure we understand it step by step. He is also very helpful when it comes to the questions we may ask about the topic. Overall, Sir Kevin is a reliable and knowledgeable teacher.

Kevin used to be my math teacher and is an awesome, if not, one of the best teachers I've ever had in high school. Not only is he knowledgeable, but is also a very caring teacher. He is the kind of teacher that really makes the effort to ensure that you understand the current topic at hand before proceeding to the next. Math becomes a whole lot more interesting when he teaches and his style of teaching has definitely made learning math much easier. I highly recommend.

I knew Mr Paz as he was my Advanced Algebra Teacher During my Junior Year. Mr Paz is the type of Prof to never give up on a student struggling on a certain topic , he never leaves a student behind , Mr Paz is super patient , and Mr Paz has this ability to Explain hard topics or concepts easier. As someone who understands how mathematics has a huge reputation of being very difficult as it is full of numbers, formulas, and all of that, Teacher Kevin was able to make it less overwhelming. He had that power to make it make sense - all of a sudden, mathematics didn't seem difficult anymore. Even if it did, he was very understanding and had the capability of evaluating which part the student needed improvement on and how to tackle it accordingly. He also had some tricks up his sleeve - how to make it interesting, how to explain its origin, and how to do it a faster way. He was able to show the different solutions to which one could tackle a mathematics problem and was overall very easy to understand. He made a comfortable atmosphere with his students, making it a very open space where those he taught could freely tell him that they couldn't understand. His areas of expertise is also very widespread and can teach a lot of mathematics' branches. Kind, smart, and understanding, I can say that he really does make a good teacher as a past student of his.

I've been under both Mr. Kevin Paz's mathematics classes and tutorial services throughout High School. I thoroughly recommend him as a trustworthy teacher as he shows complete excellence in going through the subjects. I learned most under him as he discusses each concept well and follows up with several evaluations that test how well the student has understood the content. As a mentor, he is completely approachable in campus when students have certain questions regarding the subject and concepts that we have confusion about.

As a tutor, he was able to review and help me further educate myself when it came to higher level subjects such as geometry, algebra, and calculus.

Mr. Paz was my longtime teacher back in high school and he was if not the only teacher I could genuinely learn and enjoy math from. He goes in-depth with every procedure the lesson is about whether or not it is seen as simple or complicated he will always treat it as something you have to master. His passion in teaching and Mathematics really made me appreciate his classes and the subject overall. Looking back at it now, his Calculus classes truly developed my passion for math and logic. More than that, the lessons that I learned from Mr.Paz's classes have allowed me to excel in my Advanced Calculus courses as a Computer Science student in one of the top universities in the Philippines.

I was in secondary school in the Philippines, and Mr. Paz helped me a lot with calculus and trigonometry. He is very good at simplifying difficult concepts and making it easier to understand. He even stayed after school hours and organized review sessions to help both our school's primary and secondary school math team prepare for the math competition.

Sir Paz is the best teacher when it comes to Math because he always makes sure his students understand the lessons. He would always check on each student by asking them questions. If they don't know the answer he is very patient enough to teach them how to solve the problem.

From my experiences with Mr. Kevin Paz, He was one the best teachers I had during my days in senior high school. As a student, I have a hatred for Math because of its complexity. When Mr. Paz was my teacher for Calculus, his passion for math made me appreciate math and how it is used in our life.
