About Arun
I have over 9 years of experience as a personal trainer in the fitness industry. I've also spent more than 3 years as a tutor, helping people prepare for the prestigious REPS fitness certificate. I'm not only certified by REPS as an Assessor, which means I maintain high standards of competence and professionalism, but I'm also certified by IACET.
I'm also a Certified Nutritionist from the well-known INFS Institute of Nutrition and Fitness Sciences. I understand that fitness isn't just about exercising; it's also about giving your body the right nutrients.
I'm dedicated to helping people like you achieve their fitness goals and transform their lives. With my 9 years of training experience, I have a lot of knowledge and expertise to share with my clients.
