I, Chandradeep Singh Dande, am an International karate player (SCKFI South Asia Cup 2012) Gold medalist, 5x national player, karate national level A grade judge, Pencak Silat State Level silver medalist, State Pencak Silat referee, World Muay Thai Council (WMC) bronze medalist, Muay Thai C grade referee.

Karate is a sport of discipline and it needs both physical and mental fitness, and to achieve this level of fitness we have to develop both our mind and body. During training, we learn how to protect ourselves and others when facing problems. Also, we will learn to control our mind by doing so much practice we make the mind calm and composed. Also, karate includes two stages: 1. body conditioning and 2. body controlling. When we can control our body, we can control our mind too. That's how we are going to learn karate, starting from basics to advancing our skill to the pro level.
