About Noura
I have a Bachelors Degree in Computer and Communications Engineering (3.43/4 GPA) from a university in my home country Lebanon (American University of Science and Technology). I am currently studying a postgraduate course in Digital Health and Artificial Intelligence at Bournemouth University. I gave Maths and Physics private lessons to several students in Lebanon throughout my university years. My experience was mostly with middle school students (grades 6-7-8). As for my students' grades, they were good. One of my 7th grade students was weak at Maths (used to fail). After tutoring her, her average became about 15/20.

My teaching method is based on practice especially when teaching Maths. I assign my students exercises continuously to assess their weaknesses and work on strengthening them. At the end of each lesson I test the students to make sure they understand everything. I give the student their time and space to consume the material I'm explaining. I am open to discussions with the student where my tutoring is mainly a two way communication because I believe that middle school students at this age should be comfortable with the person teaching them and should feel that they are heard and appreciated and not being taught by force. I try as much as I can to make the student love the material I'm teaching and I try to simplify it as much as possible.
