My teaching philosophy is based on individual students’ uniqueness - all students are different and have something special they can bring to their own learning methodologies. I assist my students in expressing and accepting themselves for who they are, as well as embracing the differences in others. Students must have a stimulating educational environment where they can grow conceptually, mentally, emotionally, and socially. It is my desire to create this type of atmosphere, one where students can meet their full potential. I continuously make the content relevant to students' lives during their college years and strive to make it relevant throughout their professional careers as well. I incorporate hands-on learning, cooperative group projects, and individual work.
Strong management expertise and demonstrated achievements completing projects on time with measurable value delivery. Resourceful decision maker and problem solver.
