About Rafael
I am a best fit for this job because I like people more than payments haha. It may sound weird but seeing the progress of my students and fire in their eyes when they see the results is what matters at the end of the day. Kindness, empathy and motivation are my main tools for helping students learn the language because the journey can be scary. I once was there.

I have lived in Russia for 18 years in my life so I know the insights of the language because I have been learning it my whole life haha. I believe in transparency and motivation. By being a self-example to my students I encourage them to learn with me as I am constantly learning too. Let's work together towards mutual goal!
