Structure and develop teaching aids in PowerPoint and Excel formats and conduct training online explaining the nitty-gritties through interactive discussion sessions. These training sessions are catering to employees, students with different knowledge levels, to achieve their career and academic goals.
The typical lesson plan includes:
o Overall International Trade Products including but not limited to, structuring, negotiating, and issuing Documentary Credits, Transferable Credits, Export negotiations, Import/Export Collections, Trade Payments, Standby Letter of Credits, Bank Guarantees, Incoterms, Receivable and Supply Chain finance in conjunction with governing rules.
o Trade Based Money Laundering (TBML), Terrorist Financing, common TBML typologies, local and global Sanctions, how Banks mitigate TBML and Sanction risks, common red flags to detect unusual activities and KYC/CDD and its importance in countering TBML and sanction risks.
The wealth of experience and the in-depth knowledge that I possess in International Trade and Trade Based Money Laundering risk mitigations backed by excellent training skills have given me the eager, strength and the maturity to share the knowledge and experience with the students and employees.
These topics will be discussed in detail giving reference to case studies.
