About Jennifer

My business is about my growth through yoga and yours. I want to allow people to see my journey and allow me to let them begin theirs. I will be teaching yoga but will also be open to giving recipes and ideas that helped me and can help others. All our bodies work in different ways but I want to work with my clients to help them reach desired goals, whether they are physical or mental. I have had a pretty active lifestyle my whole life, always being involved in a sport or the gym, but as I got older I wanted to find something new to become passionate about. I want you to feel motivated by my journey and let me help you start yours. When I first started yoga I started for me but it soon became such a passion I wanted to make it into a career. When I first began my yoga journey it was a time where I was also struggling with my weight and had a minor neck and back injury, so I was at a stage where I felt powerless. The only thing that made me feel better was going to the gym but this was not giving me the results I wanted so one day I just saw an old mat laying in the apartment and thought why not give yoga and that is how my journey began. Soon I began seeing so many changes in me not only physically but mentally and so did other people. Throughout my journey, I lost over 50 lbs and it made me extremely happy that I had reached my goals and come to have such strength physically and mentally which is what I wanted all along. I became a certified yoga instructor and want to take my newfound teaching techniques to people everywhere. I am based in Canada but I want to teach worldwide. The longest journey of any person is the journey inward, let me take you there. Through my practice and teaching, I have become extremely passionate about the Mind-Body Connection and the way yoga can heal us. My teaching style is for everyone and everybody, I just want to help you grow at your own pace.
