About Dr Preeti
I am Dr. Preeti, learned biotechnology and environmental science and engineering where you get to know all your body functioning its connection with nature. I did yoga, meditation, and diet course from premier institutes where I learned how important yoga is for life. It's not exercise, it's the way of life.

Meditation has an important role in training your mind to link it with your body, this is what I do in my class.
