About Prajakta
I am an engineer turned into internationally certified yoga teacher with RYT 900 hours training and an Ayush level 3 teacher and evaluator. I conduct online group and one on one classes, home tuitions and I also teach at The Yoga Institute to upcoming teachers.
I have learned and practiced hatha, ashtanga and vinyasa yoga.
Yoga has brought huge transformation in my life and that made me learn about this philosophy, and spread to more and more people.
Some of the results that I have seen in myself by practicing Yoga are -
I lost 22 kg in one year.
I could build awareness around my reactions, anger and respond to them with calm mind most of the times.
I felt lot of suppressed emotions got released and I started feeling lighter.
