I am a licensed Intervention Specialist teaching in the Cleveland, Ohio area. I graduated summa cum laude for both my undergraduate degree in English and in receiving my M.Ed with a post-master's reading endorsement. I apply creative elements to my lessons to make them more captivating and to appeal to various learning styles of my students.
I have been teaching in diverse student populations for three years. I have developed original, Common Core based lessons, have integrated hands-on activities to engage the learner, have delivered the lessons and have followed with assessments testing student's understanding of the content. The majority of my students - over 90% - have shown measurable growth on district-wide and national diagnostic assessments for math and ELA.

Susan is an intelligent, articulate, hard-working, and principled individual. I have had many opportunities to observe as well as interact with her as a friend, a mother and as a committee member over 14 years and she has never disappointed. Anyone who employs her will soon find out that they are lucky to have her.
