Let’s be real—most people weren’t taught how to interview. That’s where I come in. At Taylor Your Interview, I teach job seekers how to walk into interviews with confidence, clarity, and real answers that land offers. My method blends insider HR knowledge (I’ve been on the hiring side for 10+ years) with practical coaching that cuts the fluff and builds you up. You’ll get honest feedback, personalized prep, and techniques that work for real people with real nerves. ________________________________________ My Teaching Style & Techniques: I’m not here to lecture—I coach. That means: • We work together 1-on-1 or in small groups • We practice—mock interviews & real-time Q&A drills • You’ll learn how to structure strong answers (like the STAR method, but actually usable) • I help you align your story with the job’s language without sounding robotic • Every lesson ends with clarity, take-home tools, and a boost of "You got this" energy ________________________________________ A Typical Lesson Plan Might Look Like: 1. Quick check-in – What job are you applying for and what’s coming up? 2. Targeted lesson – We break down common or role-specific interview questions 3.
