Duration : 6 Weeks 1.5 hr sessions - Price : $400.00 - Place : Bakersfield (93301)Teen to Adult Iyengar class starting at the very basics of yoga learning to understand the concepts of basic standing poses, seated poses, and beginnings of inversion poses and twists. The majority of the class will be spent teaching standing poses. The class is structured to be a teacher/ student atmosphere. Expect to learn how to get into a pose, what to do in a pose and how to come out of a pose. You will learn correct alignment and proper use of props.

I have been teaching yoga classes since 2012 and seen many students go from beginner classes to the intermediate classes. Students come away from class learning more about their body, know how poses should feel, and know how to practice at home.
