Hi, I am Irina, and I am a personal trainer and a fitness coach here in London. I am an ex-gymnast who trained in a former Soviet Union; I specialise in weight loss, as well as practise Reformer Pilat

About Irina
I am an ex-gymnast and a fitness coach with a life experience. I have developed an Irina K Fitness Method and have successfully trained high-profile clients and celebrities. I combine High Intensity Interval training with Strength training. I work a lot on the client’s mobility to prevent injuries and improve overall fitness performance. To increase a range of movement in the joints I never neglect a stretch session. A typical PT session lasts 45-60 mins.

If you have a special event coming up where you want to look your best, and have about a month to get ready or you want to be fit and healthy I am here to help you. When the client approaches me, what we need to do first is to sit down and talk about not only the GOAL, but what it is going to take to reach the goal. There are a lot of things to take into account. Such as nutrition, hydration, supplements, sleep, recovery and stress. Your next workout is as good as your recovery.
