About Caoimhe
My name is Caoímhe and I am 22 years old! I’ve recently graduated from the University of Limerick with a degree in Irish and History. I have loved the Irish language since I began learning it in primary school.
I’ve completed work experience in an all Irish speaking secondary school and benefitted so much from the experience. Assisting classes and providing resource classes for those struggling with Irish were the highlights. I’ve also given junior cycle and leaving Cert grinds for the last year.
I’ve had my fair share of questionable teachers and trust me,I understand how off putting it can be! I want to become the type of teacher you can confide in and not be afraid to ask questions. Learning shouldn’t be scary!

As a strong advocate for the Irish language, a fun and engaging approach to the language is the best way to go about learning! I am all about simplicity and while the Irish isn’t the easiest, there are knacks that I have learned in my experience that I would love to share with you!
The lessons are completely centred around you, what you want to learn. We can focus on specific aspects that you want to give more attention to for example, the oral or exam question strategies.
Language learning doesn’t have to be difficult, and there are many other ways of learning than reading from a book!
