About Isabella
I’m an Accounting & Finance graduate (2:1) with a passion for helping students understand and enjoy maths, accounting, and finance. I want to teach because I know how much a patient, structured approach can help students gain confidence and succeed in their studies.
I enjoy breaking down complex topics into clear, practical steps and seeing the moment when a student really understands a concept. Teaching allows me to share both my knowledge and the practical skills I’ve developed, helping students not only pass exams but also feel confident applying their learning in real situations.
My goal is to create a supportive and engaging learning environment, tailored to each student’s needs, so every lesson is productive, enjoyable, and builds skills that last beyond the classroom.

I focus on building understanding from the ground up, using clear explanations, practical examples, and structured problem-solving exercises. I like to adapt my teaching to each student’s learning style, whether that’s visual, hands-on, or step-by-step reasoning, so they gain both knowledge and confidence. I provide practice questions, review homework, and set achievable goals for each session. My aim is for students to feel confident tackling new problems independently, not just memorising formulae.
