About Tim
If you are like me and hates going to the gym, not into running,struggled with joint pain, struggled keeping up with kids, want more energy, more confidence, and just want to feel and look better inside and out join me. Through my own experience and the Knowledge I Have learned from training anyone can do this. I truly enjoy helping other and look forward to sharing.

The lessons use all bodyweight with beginner to moderate poses and movements. A daily routine that with time will guarantee an addiction and make you crave the mat. Lose weight and tone your entire body while experiencing benefits in all of these areas and more. Breathing (less asthma and allergy issues), metabolism (boosted and regular), circulation (improved with Higher O2 levels and less fat), stress and anxiety (any exercise can help but when looking forward to training the relief is much greater), mobility (by strengthening joints and increasing flexibility many forms.of.back and joint pain are gone). We will do all of this in 15-30 mins with a different theme each day.
