About Valentina
I am a Yoga Alliance Australia and Italy certified Hatha Yoga teacher. I have taught Yoga for 4 years in Melbourne, Australia, at gyms, private studios and private medical facilities (Children Hospital). My yoga style is Vinyasa (poses connected with the breath) but I also specialize in pregnant Yoga and Aqua Yoga. I have level III of the Reiki discipline which, upon request, I insert in the final phase of the class during meditation and relaxation.

My yoga class is usually so structured. Initial phase to center ourselves and we create a purpose for the class (in what or where we want to focus), warming up, first poses in sequence connected with the breath, dynamic phase, slowing down with some more static poses, rest and relaxation poses, meditation or final visualizations or pranayama (breathing exercises).
