Super Tutor

Marco is one of our best Italian tutors. They have a high-quality profile, verified qualifications, a quick response time, and great reviews from students!

About Marco

🟩 Based in Rome, I work with motivated international learners who want to develop real, usable Italian for everyday, academic, or professional contexts.

My work focuses on helping students move beyond passive knowledge of grammar and vocabulary, and instead develop the ability to think and communicate naturally in Italian. 🟦

About the lesson

🟩 What I offer
I provide a structured and personalised learning path designed to build real communication skills step by step.

We work on:
• pronunciation and clarity
• spoken interaction and fluency
• listening and comprehension
• reading and interpretation
• written expression
• grammar applied in context.
All areas are integrated into real communication practice, not isolated exercises.

🟦 My approach
My approach is not based on memorization, but on developing real communication skills from the beginning.
Lessons are structured, goal-oriented, and adapted to the student’s level and objectives. The focus is always on active use of the language, not passive study.

🟩 Who I work with
I usually work with:
- international learners living or planning to live in Italy
- professionals who need Italian for real-life communication
- motivated students who want structured and consistent progress
This is not a casual learning environment — it is a guided and serious learning process.

🟦 What students achieve
Students I work with typically develop the ability to:
- communicate more naturally and confidently in Italian
- understand and respond in real conversations
- express ideas clearly and accurately
- use Italian effectively in everyday and professional situations

🟩 Academic background
I have a strong academic background in Philosophy and Theology, studied in Rome at the Pontifical Gregorian University, along with extensive experience working in international and multilingual environments.
This background contributes to a structured, analytical, and language-conscious approach to teaching.

🟦 Lessons
• One-to-one sessions
• Structured learning paths (recommended 1–2 sessions per week)
• Fully personalised methodology based on goals and needs

🟩 Final note
If you are looking for a structured, serious and results-oriented approach to learning Italian — focused on real communication rather than memorization — I will be happy to work with you. 🟦

Je recommande vivement mon professeur d’italien. Marco. En plus d’être précis, flexible et toujours disponible, il possède une excellente capacité à expliquer les notions linguistiques dans plusieurs langues. Marco parle parfaitement français, ce qui lui permet de clarifier avec aisance les détails grammaticaux les plus complexes et de rendre l’apprentissage encore plus accessible. Grâce à ses explications claires, adaptées et multilingues, j’ai pu progresser rapidement et en toute confiance. C’est un enseignant remarquable que je recommande sans hésitation. Merci Marco !

Marco's enthusiasm and passion for the Italian language is extraordinary. His pedagogy to convey the oral and written skills allows the learner to fully comprehend the grammatical structure to form a strong foundation for beginning-level learners. Marco is very patient, takes the time outside the lessons to recommend and share exercises to practice, and is very responsive to questions that the student may have in the interlude between lessons. To add, Marco customizes the lesson founded on the student's best learning methods-- this offers the learner the freedom to choose the assignment short essays, worksheets, multi-media, etc. that will greatly increase your confidence . He is truly a remarkable instructor who is very caring, encouraging, and wants his students to succeed.
