About Camilla

Ciao! I’m a 25-year-old, friendly and easy-going girl who loves teaching Italian in a fun and relaxed way, without taking things too seriously. I enjoy using games, videos, songs, and other multimedia tools to make lessons engaging and enjoyable. I also love watching movies, reading books, trying new cuisines, and especially making pizza! I can’t wait to meet you and have fun learning Italian together!

About the lesson

I am a native Italian speaker with a solid academic background in Italian language and literature. I studied at a classical high school in Italy, where I acquired a solid foundation in grammar, Latin, Greek, and classical literature. At university, I continued my studies in Italian language and literature, taking several advanced exams in both subjects. I earned a bachelor's degree and a master's degree, and am currently completing a second master's degree at a university in Edinburgh. In addition to my academic qualifications, I studied diction, which allows me to speak clear, neutral, and academic Italian, free of any regional accent. I also have teaching experience, having previously worked with non-native speakers of various backgrounds and levels. I offer personalised Italian lessons for all levels, from complete beginners to advanced students, focusing on grammar, conversation, writing, reading, and literature, based on your goals and interests. Lessons are available both in person in Edinburgh and online. Whether you need help with school, university, professional Italian, or simply want to improve your fluency and confidence, I'll be happy to support you with a structured and engaging approach.
