I have over 37 years of experience in DoD positions such as DoD BAT Biometrics FSE Pacific, Hawaii, Korea and Japan Theater Lead, DIACAP Site Information Assurance Officer (IASO/ISSO), HBSS, ACAS, SCAP, NESUS, eMAS for DoD Army WAN CND and C4I/IT systems; AF and Navy Information Assurance Officer Agent, DoD Systems DoDAF Architect, worked with DoD PKI and NSS PKI Registration Authorities while working as a GS12 for the DISA DMS Korea Theater-wide program from 1997-1999 under 1st Signal Brigade, 9th Signal Command; wrote technical guidance documents for fielding and C4I systems implementation and C4I systems cutover and full OPS; Knowledgeable of 3G and 4G LTE network OPS and Security; DoD Certified Instructor and attended this school at Fort Gordon School of Information Technology; wrote and teached all DoD services in classroom environments for DoD Biometrics Program for INSCOM and Marines; DoD Systems Architect, Systems Hardware/Software Engineer, Systems Administrator.
