About Deniz
I am a certified yoga, mat pilates and meditation instructor.
I am big believer that everyone can do yoga and meditation and I love proofing this to my students.
My classes are for people, who has done lots of yoga classes, who has never done any , who is 5 years old, and who is over 80 years old, People with any kind of disabilities, people with addictions hardships, with insomnia, depressed..
My classes are custom made for one's unique abilities and liabilities, as well as their goals...

In my Kids yoga Classes, I do make sure that little yogis have fun.Therefor every yoga pose I teach represents an animal or a toy, so we will do yoga as we are playing games.
Elementary, middle and High school students also have a age suitable yoga poses and meditation
I am also certified yoga, pilates and meditation instructor for adults. I have been working many different studios, cancer centers, YMCA and with my private yogis.
