My teaching method is to make my students feel safe & create sacred space for a non-judgmental atmosphere for those who may feel vulnerable & unsure about the postures. My focus is on creating a connection to the body mind and spirit by linking movement with breath & embracing the moments of stillness. I am light-hearted and fun & my goal by the end of class is to make my students leave feeling calmer and an overall state of happiness
