I have a fine arts degree with a focus in relief printmaking, drawing, and photography, and have been a practicing professional artist since 2011. I have experience as a studio teacher's assistant and mentor and genuinely care about my students' growth in both artistic skillsets and personhood.

I like to start by understanding the background a person already has, and starting with a basic interactive demonstration of the artistic process or concept. Once I get a sense for how the individual learns, I can tailor my explanations and lessons according to what will result in the most success for them.
