About Nathzely

I am an High school English teacher for PISD. I worked as a an ESOL aide for 3 years, and have been teaching ESL for 2 years. I grew up on Pasadena and Houston area with immigrant parents whom I’ve watched struggled and learn English. I’m devoted and passionate to help others become career and world ready.

About the lesson

The structure to my lessons are “I do, we do, you do”.Giving the student enough practice together to understand the concept. With the “you do” it’s a good way to asses if concept mastery has been meet. I also provide plenty of opportunities for critical thinking and to learn how to analyze conversations, texts, and become a critical thinker.
