For myself the way i view it is that anyone can succeed if they are willing to put in the work. and that people mostly need some guidance. Because well one mans mountain is another mans mole hill. That what i find hard others find easy and vice versa so it is best to use some patience and find what it is that is causing the problem even if it means taking 3 steps back to move 5 steps forward for example fixing a procedural issue.
