I’m Jason Cole. I’ve been teaching golf for 19 years and have given over 50,000 lessons. My approach is deliberately simple and repeatable: 1) Assess 2) Practice with a plan 3) Measure what changed

About Jason

I’m Jason Cole, the founder of JCole Golf Academy and the creator of Swing Metrics Pro. For the past 19 years I’ve lived and breathed golf instruction — more than 50,000 lessons and counting. My classroom is the indoor bays at X-Golf Frisco, where the weather never interferes and every swing is captured by TrackMan-grade launch monitors and high-speed cameras. I built Swing Metrics Pro because I got tired of the same old lesson model: hit a few balls, get a tip, leave with a vague feeling that something might be better. I wanted a system where every student walks out with hard numbers, a clear priority, and a plan they can actually follow. That’s why every new player starts with a full 90-minute Initial Assessment. We measure the swing, diagnose the real issues, and build a personalized roadmap. Then every lesson ends with a Swing Metrics Score so you can see exactly what changed — Face Control, Swing Path, Strike Quality, Accuracy, and Ball Flight. My coaching style is straightforward and data-driven, but never cold. The studio is part lab, part living room. We look at the numbers together at the review desk, then go back into the bay and make the adjustments that actually matter. Hit. Measure. Adjust. That’s the whole process. If you’re looking for someone who will tell you what you want to hear, I’m probably not your guy.

If you want a coach who will show you what’s really happening in your swing and give you a clear path to fix it, I’d love to work with you. Jason Cole

Most lessons end with “that felt better.”

Mine end with a number. The Swing Metrics Score combines objective launch-monitor data with a coach’s diagnosis so you always know:
What actually improved
What still needs work
Exactly which drill to do next
Everything lives in one place — the Swing Metrics Pro student portal. Notes, videos, drills, progress charts, and club distances are never scattered across texts and notebooks. You and I both see the same clear picture every time you walk in.
The result is weatherproof, data-driven coaching that produces visible, measurable change — not just better feelings.
