About Angela
I work with 481 students who want to master the piano through structured practice. My approach covers memorization techniques, rhythm and timing, and chord voicing alongside essential posture and hand position.
We explore classical repertoire, sight transposition, jazz improvisation, and scales to build a solid foundation. Preparing for ABRSM or Trinity grade exams is a core part of my work. It is enjoyable to see musicians learn to accompany themselves while developing their own unique sound.

Keys click under your fingers as we settle into a steady rhythm. Imagine the sound of a perfectly voiced chord filling the room while we refine your technique. My piano lessons often feel like a collaborative jam session where we address your accompaniment skills. I teach vocalists who want to play piano and pianists who want to sing because that dual perspective is rare.
Piano is simply better when you can sing along with what you play. You might find that my way of teaching is quite relaxed and human.
