About Michelle
Performance-focused students often realize that playing requires more than just memorizing a few chords. You likely crave a deeper connection to the fretboard than basic tabs can provide. Having spent 13 years of experience gigging Latin music and teaching various instruments, I understand the frustration of hitting a plateau. My MM Jazz Piano degree from the University of Miami Frost forces me to see the guitar through the lens of harmonic structure and ear training.

Because I studied at the University of Miami Frost, I teach you to read sheet music alongside standard tabs to increase your musical literacy. My 13 years of experience ensure that barre chords and power chords are addressed early to prevent bad habits.
