About João Vinicius
Hi! I'm João Vinicius, a 3D artist based in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, with over 8 years of experience creating characters, environments, and props for games, animation, collectibles, and immersive AR/VR experiences. I specialize in crafting high-quality characters and expressive environments, blending technical expertise with a creative eye to bring ideas to life. Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to contribute to high-impact projects—most notably the cinematic trailer for The Mageseeker: A League of Legends Story, where I modeled the character Morgana. I’ve also worked at Sistema FIRJAN on AR and VR innovation projects, creating immersive virtual environments and interactive assets for education and training. These projects are under NDA, but I’m happy to discuss them further in a private conversation. As a Lead 3D Artist at an indie game startup, I led a team and optimized workflows. At Atlas Studios, I focused on character and creature development for collectible miniatures, and also contributed to graphic design—creating digital assets for successful Kickstarter campaigns.
