About Megan

Hi, I’m Megan! I’m a college student at John Jay College of Criminal Justice studying Forensic Psychology. I’m patient, dependable, and responsible, with experience working with elementary and middle-school-aged children. I enjoy helping students work through challenging material, stay organized, and build confidence in their schoolwork.

About the lesson

I use a patient, step-by-step approach and explain concepts in different ways until they make sense. A typical session starts with reviewing homework or difficult topics, then we work through examples together before the student tries problems independently. I focus on keeping lessons encouraging and easy to follow. My tutoring is best for elementary and middle school students who need help with math, homework, or understanding class material.
