About Dee
I am a Yoga Alliance accredited yoga teacher, qualified meditation teacher and NLP practitioner. I live with scoliosis and vertigo and my aim is to make yoga accessible to everyone, regardless of age, fitness level or body type. I teach beginners and improvers classes in hatha and vinyasa, slow flow, chair yoga and restorative yoga classes.

You can opt for a block of lessons or pay as you go. You can do 1:1 classes or practice with a friend (at an additional charge). Each class has a theme that is followed in the poses we practice. We start with gentle breathwork and soft limbering exercises before coming to our standing practice (including balancing as we progress through the course). Classes end with a slow cool down and a short meditation.
