Some warmups so that u can sit for long, followed by Pranayams to calm the mind followed by guide meditation

I've known Teja (I used to call her Appu), since about 2012-13 when we did some Art of Living courses together. During each of those classes, we were told - "Give it your 100%". It was easier said than done, but if there was anyone who actually was trying to, it was Appu.
Any one who is sincere in what she does (read: meditation, yoga) and is passionate about it, for sure will make a very good teacher / companion, and if you are with her in your spiritual journey, I think you needn't look any further.
