I teach diverse range of yoga styles, including Hatha Yoga, Astanga Yoga, Prenatal/Postnatal Yoga, Meditation, Pranayamas, and various yogic kriyas. My expertise extends beyond the physical practice of yoga to encompass holistic well-being, encompassing mental and emotional health, stress management, and weight management.
In my classes, I adopt a personalized and holistic approach to yoga instruction, drawing inspiration from my own journey as a practitioner of Karate-inspired Asthanga yoga.Whether you're a beginner or advanced practitioner, you're welcome to join my class.
